
IIHS Welcomes Asia e University Delegation to Strengthen Academic Collaboration
The International Institute of Health Sciences (IIHS) strengthened its international academic ties with a high-level visit from a delegation representing Asia e University (AeU), Malaysia. The visit marks an important step forward in enhancing collaborative initiatives between the two institutions as they work together to expand global opportunities in higher education.
The distinguished delegation from AeU included Prof. Dr. Noor Raihan Ab Hamid, Vice Chancellor; Mr. Yusoff Musa, Registrar; Ms. Fazilah Che Fauzi, Head of Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs (QARA); and Mr. Philip Lim, Head of SPEED.
During their visit to the IIHS Multiversity campus, the delegation engaged in discussions with IIHS leadership on strengthening academic pathways, advancing quality assurance frameworks, and exploring new opportunities for joint programmes and capacity-building initiatives. The visit also included a campus tour, providing first-hand insight into IIHS’s facilities, teaching innovations, and student-centric learning environment.
The engagement highlighted the mutual commitment of both institutions to nurturing globally competent healthcare professionals and broadening access to high-quality education. IIHS and AeU reaffirmed their shared vision of expanding regional cooperation and creating impactful educational opportunities for students across Asia.
