Built upon the internationally accepted Lean Six Sigma framework, the programme provides practical knowledge and hands-on skills in identifying inefficiencies, eliminating waste, reducing process variation, improving quality, and enhancing productivity through the structured DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control) methodology.
