On November 5th, 2024, the International Institute of Health Sciences (IIHS) celebrated a significant milestone in healthcare education, marking the graduation of over 600 students from a wide range of academic programs, including Foundation, Diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD degrees. This year’s graduates included over 400 government nurses, demonstrating IIHS’s critical role in meeting the growing demand for accessible and quality healthcare services across Sri Lanka. Furthermore, the global reach of IIHS is reflected in its over 500 alumni currently contributing to healthcare roles in various countries, a testament to the institute’s commitment to preparing healthcare professionals for international success.

As the Coventry University learning center for the South Asian Region, IIHS conferred degrees on more than 200 Coventry University graduates during this year’s ceremony. These qualifications represent the high standards upheld by IIHS, ensuring that its graduates are not only academically prepared but also equipped to meet international healthcare standards.
