- To develop an understanding of the organization’s strategic focus and environment and the impact of the inter-relationship between the organization’s resources and clients in a changing environment, particularly focusing on the environmental, social, ethical and financial dimensions of the health care sector;
- To develop a commitment to continuous personal and professional development, independence and reflective learning and in the context of Healthcare Administration;
- To develop expertise and understanding in the fields of business and management of healthcare, enabling a critical engagement with contemporary discourses that will promote a personal and professional reflection on leading changes in the healthcare sector.

1 Year – Full time and 2 Years – Part time
- A 3 year Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Healthcare, along with 2 years of
experience in management, administrative, or professional roles. - Applications will be encouraged from non-standard entrants with relevant
experiential learning and evidence of continuing professional development that
shows an ability to study at level 7. - Applications will be reviewed by the Course Director in consultation with the Director
of International Partnerships (DIP) or Deputy Director of International Partnerships
(DDIP) from Coventry University. - Students who have not completed their prior education in English are required to have
achieved IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent (with no component less than 6.0)
